About Me

He/Him

Services in English only

At the core of my work is the belief that you are not broken. From my perspective, much of our suffering comes from mistaken identity—believing we are only our wounds, defenses, or conditioned patterns.

Therapy, then, isn’t about fixing or building a “better” version of yourself, but about gently loosening the grip of these patterns and reconnecting with a deeper ground of wholeness that’s already here. Healing happens not by becoming someone else, but by discovering who you already are.

MY APPROACH

Mindfulness

In our work, I’ll help you slow things down and gently turn toward your inner experience with curiosity rather than judgment. We’ll practice noticing thoughts, emotions, and sensations as they arise, so you can respond to life with more choice instead of feeling pulled around by old patterns.

Awareness

In our work, I may gently invite attention away from the content of experience and toward the awareness in which it is arising. As experience is held in this wider field, patterns soften naturally, and a sense of wholeness that was never broken becomes quietly evident.

Parts Work

When parts of you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in conflict, we’ll take time to get to know them with compassion instead of trying to get rid of them. By helping these parts feel seen and understood, we make space for a steadier, wiser sense of Self to lead from within.

Somatics

I’ll often bring attention to what’s happening in your body, using sensation as a guide rather than pushing through with insight alone. By gently tracking the nervous system in real time, we can support greater regulation, safety, and integration at a pace that feels right for you.
